Liked: It was clean and quiet, has a fridge, free breakfast and indoor pool (which we unfortunately didn't have enough time to use). Staff were so sweet and friendly specially the cafeteria lady.
Disliked: No bathtub, non-slip shower is available. Missing a Keurig and microwave (a hot water brewing station is available) breakfast ends at 10am. TV was fixed to the counter could not move back a little so not much room for our things (it would be nice if it was attached to the wall, would give more tabletop room to the guests). Only one elevator which is a problem when personnel are using it to do housekeeping.

Disliked: Place felt uncomfortable and cringy. The smell was bad…. Smelled like mildew. So bad that I had to cut my stay short and go spend more money for a better place.

Liked: Always top notch service from staff and always clean and comfortable. You can tell alot about a place simply by observation- When you have the same employees greeting you that you saw 3 years ago when you stayed for the first time it tells you that the hotel values its employees and their customers...especially in an industry where it is extremely demanding, stressful and has a high turnover rate of employees. I have always stayed here when in town visiting family, and i will continue to do so. Great seeing you again, Ola, and thank you for going above and beyond and beyond as you always do.
