Very good

Liked: Customer service was exceptional, particularly at continental breakfast. The man running it was extremely polite to guests and clearly took pride in presentation and satisfaction.
Disliked: Gym didn’t seem too sanitary. I washed down machine but could tell it hadn’t been done in a while

Liked: Although my overall experience was good and very good, if it were not for the very, very extremely low commode in the bathroom, I would stay again and again. But your toilet is extremely too close to the floor and that is not acceptable.
Disliked: See above statement about the extremely low toilet. Too close to the floor.
