Disappointed in room size for two queen beds - smallish. Could not use coffee maker due to cleanliness. Toilet did not flush, but excellent response to repair it. Near fall in elevator because of pool water on tiles.

Disliked: The beds were too high. I am handicapped and I couldn’t get on the bed without my boyfriend picking me up and placing me on the bed. There wasn’t any closet to hang up clothes

Liked: I accidentally locked my bathroom door shut from the inside in the middle of the night, and was very panicked because I couldn’t access my contact lenses (and of course none of us could use the bathroom!). Abraham at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful — he figured out a way to unlock the door from the outside in another vacant room, and then was able to discreetly fix our door without disturbing my travel companions’ sleep. I’m so grateful for his quick thinking and calm demeanor.
