Liked: Breakfast was hearty daily. Staff was amazing and very kind. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Complimentary shower gel, shampoo and conditioner mounted in shower.
Disliked: 1. The tub had slanted edges around the bottom to a point it was a challenge with footing to ensure stability. 2. While there was a handrail low for bathers, it would have been nice to have one higher when stepping out of the shower. 3. The complimentary shower gel, shampoo/conditioner should be mounted to the shower back wall not the side wall as we kept bumping into it while showering. 4. The luggage rack was falling apart. Very wobbly, not sturdy at all to be used. 5. Would be nice to have brighter lighting above the sink.

Disliked: Family members had to force the elevator door to open and jump out when it stopped 1/2 way between floors. We witnessed the same thing 10 days prior to another family. GET THE ELEVATORS FIXED !

Lack of coordination re payments...
Liked: Location, breakfast, room...
Disliked: There was a big confusion when checking in and out. I ordered 2 x super kings and it would appear the hotel thought I had paid for one and my two friends were to pay for the other. As a result, in the morning I received a bill for one room and my friends received a bill for the other room and there was a balance to pay. They said the front desk had charged separately to my friends credit card and he had a balance to pay. Their reason was the virtual payment you had sent had disappeared so it was difficult to rectify. We obtained documents from one of their managers to state that no further payment was due and we then left. The bill they gave showed 2 nights stay, not 1 night.In the morning the delay to our leaving was not acceptable and we lost over an hour checking out.If you want to see the bills I received and those of my two friends I can copy and send them to you.It was fortunate our schedule was fairly flexible and could accommodate the delay but, this sort of delay and the reason for it was unacceptable.Best regards, P N Joul.
