Stay somewhere else; lots of...

Liked: Comfortable bed, close to restaurants.
Disliked: Shuttle service didn’t show up for airport pickup even after followed instructions to call hotel after arrival.Initially given noisy room in 1st floor despite previous request for quiet room on upper floors.Terrible breakfast selection.Front desk staff inefficient and uncaring, except for. Crystal on day shift.
