Liked: Location great, despite the roadworks around the hotel in general. Room basic but all the essentials there. staff helpful and friendly - breakfast usually had some extra flourishes in there - one day had mimosas!- to help difuse the overcrowding
Disliked: Breakfast area is too small to cater for all the guests - especially during rush hours. Elevators (only 2!!!) also not up to servicing the number of rooms so the wait during peak hours was very long. There should be a service elevator separate to the main two options as the overlap means that the service staff have to use the main elevators and clog up the system even worse.

Disliked: Just the contraction around but it wasn't too bad. And how small the breakfast area was

Stay here, you'll like it!

Liked: My room was small and comfy. The bed was very comfy, I did not want to get out the bed to start my day. The room could use a little updating though. The breakfast was as usual-fantastic. The wonderful housekeeping/breakfast lady made my waffle for me. I did not ask, she simply saw me heading that way and began making my waffle and it was FANTASTIC. This is why I chose this location because the last time it was wonderful! Breakfast has so many options, hot, fresh, tasty, and wonderful. Great location, quiet where I can actually sleep. The lobby is clean with fresh coffee. The front desk staff check-in/out was so accommodating and amazing as usual. I don't have any complaints. Thank you for making my stay wonderful.
Disliked: The only thing I can think of is simply to update the room.
