Liked: The location is good and near the subway. The breakfast included is nice and has lots of good choices. The staff were also friendly and accommodating.

perfect

Liked: it was perfect for 9 nights. the structure is near wall street and wall street station subway. The hotel is good and the staff gentle. i will come back here and hope to have again the same room i really liked

Perfect i recommend

Liked: The property was very nice, the staff very friendly. The location is very good too. The best part was the breakfast, there is a huge variety of!!

Liked: Location was really great, the Brooklyn Bridge view at night was great, the restaurant located near to the hotel were 5 stars, recommended 100%
Disliked: The bathroom had a different temperature (very cold) in comparison with the temperature of the room.

We had to relocate rooms...

Liked: The location and breakfast was alright
Disliked: We had to relocate rooms 3 times on a 6-night stay. Some of the employees were rude, and not compassionate or understanding of our situation. First we got locked out of our room and had to relocate without any of our personal items or necessities. The second time the hotel room was flooding, and they blamed us for the incident stating we dropped something in there. I have video documentation of an employee literally having to take the top off and lift it off. Very disappointing service, will not be staying here again, or at any Marriott!!
