We booked a room at the Knights Inn about a month prior. We were going to attend a show at the House of Blues and booked the Knights Inn because of it's proximity. When we arrived in Myrtle Beach, we discovered that the Knights Inn was not only under construction, but, CLOSED. We had to spend about an hour on the phone with ConcertHotels; however, when it was all said and done, they found us a room at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott at no charge. In addition, they are refunding the money we spent for the Knights Inn. I could not have been more livid to find out that I had booked a room at a closed hotel; however, I could not be happier with the way it was handled. We attended the show and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn - thanks to a good deal of hustle and diligence from ConcertHotels.com. THANK YOU!

It was satisfactory except for...

Liked: The facility was welcoming, more so than it was in 2007 when I stayed there.
Disliked: My wife and I were eating breakfast in our room. About 0900L, a knock came to the door. I got up to answer the door and got about a foot from the door, reached for the handle and then the door started opening. My wife was not decent at the time. It stopped the door with my hand then it was announced it was housekeeping. Checkout wasn’t until 1100L.

Liked: The breakfast was great. I am gluten intolerant and there were options available for me.
Disliked: The pool was a little cold the first night.

Liked: Super value, very nice facility and so close to my business stop this week. Friendly helpful staff. Super clean room. House keeping daily!! I will stay here again on my next trip to Myrtle Beach SC,

Disliked: The room had a odor and the ceiling was black and it looked like mold on the ceiling and the sofa was dirty and the armrest was dirty and the room wasn’t nice for the rate that I was charged.
