We booked a room at the Knights Inn about a month prior. We were going to attend a show at the House of Blues and booked the Knights Inn because of it's proximity. When we arrived in Myrtle Beach, we discovered that the Knights Inn was not only under construction, but, CLOSED. We had to spend about an hour on the phone with ConcertHotels; however, when it was all said and done, they found us a room at the Fairfield Inn by Marriott at no charge. In addition, they are refunding the money we spent for the Knights Inn. I could not have been more livid to find out that I had booked a room at a closed hotel; however, I could not be happier with the way it was handled. We attended the show and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Fairfield Inn - thanks to a good deal of hustle and diligence from ConcertHotels.com. THANK YOU!

Disliked: Booked a room with a king size bed and was given 2 queens because they overbooked. My wife was 61 year old wife was using crutches and they gave us a room FURTHEST from the elevator. There was no body wash in the shower. The hallways were blocked and was very hard for my wife to walk through. The food in the breakfast area was not refilled when emptied. The parking lot was being repaved and we were not informed about it. They did not reduce the price of our room from a king to 2 queens. We booked a king because of my wife being on crutches.

Overall, the hotel was good...

Liked: The breakfast was nice for the price and the location was great.
Disliked: There were renovations being done that really should have been mentioned on the site. One of the biggest things we look for with kids is a pool and their pool was closed.

Relaxing hotel stay how comfortable...

Liked: I like to comfortability of knowing that I could bring my pet with me and she was welcome just like anybody else of human nature
Disliked: I wish there was more flavors of coffee creamer for the coffee area and maybe some more select a fresh fruit

My stay for the most...

Liked: I enjoyed everything about my stay.I plan on returning during the Spring or fall season. The location was excellent with everything needed within only a few miles away.
Disliked: The other guests were noisy.
