Disappointing

Disliked: The front desk staff was not the nicest. During the check in, staff were not friendly and very blunt. During the check out, I stood there for 2-3 minutes while the front desk staff messed around with her fake eyelashes. When she realized that I was standing there, she stated “Oh I didn’t see you standing there.” I stated “Yes, I have been standing here for a couple of minutes” and no apology. The biscuits were ice cold and hard.
