The hotel served its purpose...

Liked: What I liked most was the friendliness/helpfulness of the front desk staff person named Brittany. I had a major problem with the heating unit in my room that malfunctioned...the fan stayed on and blew cool air. Brittany had a maintenance worker turn off the wall unit and operate the heat from the unit itself. Also, the breakfast was decent.
Disliked: What I didn't like is the room temperature did not stay constant. The temperature was great for a while until the room got too hot...turn it down...room got cold. Also, the unit made noise all night! I didn't sleep well/get any rest at all!!! I was up most of the night adjusting the temperature in the room.

Love my stay, will stay...

Liked: Location was convenient to attractions. Breakfast was adequate.
Disliked: The new location as compared to older Fairfield shows poor construction ( evidence of roof leaks in 4th floor room)Bath shower poor design for convenient use. Being placed in the room backed up to the elevator with the ice machine outside the door was a bit noisy. The TV did not turn off. It acted as a giant night light til unplugged. Breakfast food service flow was disjointed.

Liked: Rooms nice clean bed very comfortable tv had great options with tv to streaming to suggested options of places to possibly dine,nice breakfast menu with 24 hour hot beverages availability

Disliked: Very little water pressure in the sink and no hot water, only got lukewarm. People making lots of noise late at night.
