No complaints, our stay was...

Liked: Breakfast was good, I just wanted me some bacon, otherwise their was variety of choices.
Disliked: Some bacon on the menu.

Liked: The hotel itself was very nice! Close to a lot of attractions! The room was very clean, and accommodating. The guest service was friendly and knowledgeable.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was that I wasn't informed of an additional fee charged by the hotel even though I used a booking website. It wasn't listed so I was only expected to pay what was on my invoice. And still haven't received a refund after checking out.

The hotel served its purpose...

Liked: What I liked most was the friendliness/helpfulness of the front desk staff person named Brittany. I had a major problem with the heating unit in my room that malfunctioned...the fan stayed on and blew cool air. Brittany had a maintenance worker turn off the wall unit and operate the heat from the unit itself. Also, the breakfast was decent.
Disliked: What I didn't like is the room temperature did not stay constant. The temperature was great for a while until the room got too hot...turn it down...room got cold. Also, the unit made noise all night! I didn't sleep well/get any rest at all!!! I was up most of the night adjusting the temperature in the room.
