Liked: manager worked with me on item i left in room shipped it to me . room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: The side door key pad did not work. Staff told me ahead of time it was not working it was close to my room so it could have helped me out

Not recommended for a family...

Liked: Breakfast. Small pool.
Disliked: Staff wasn't friendly. Staff wasn't helpful. I was charged for an extra room, which I canceled a week ago. They didn't seem to wanna help to resolve. Still haven't received a refund.Tvs didn't work. Looks a little run down. It was a much better stay 1 year ago.

Disliked: The bathroom tub - the water accumulates when taking a shower, it is draning very, very slow.

Comfortable, easy to get to...

Liked: Front desk employee was exceptional. Quick check in and was given a welcome bag with some snacks. Very personable

Disliked: The room was musty, there was no service (garbage removal or towels), and the facility was very run down.

Liked: Nothing . The staff act like they didnt see you. The girl was on her phone
Disliked: The rooms were dirty. No flat sheet on the bed . Dog hair every where and the towels were damp. It was horrible and I wouldnt stay there again.
