the experience was deeply disappointing.

Liked: Breakfast and front desk decor.
Disliked: There's not much to like. The outside view was pleasant, but the inside told a different story. The place reeked, and even the corridor on the 3rd floor had an unbearable stench. I raised the issue with the security personnel, but the room itself wasn’t any better. The carpet seemed like it hadn’t been replaced in years, no air freshener had been used, and the ventilation ducts appeared to have never been cleaned. Considering the steep rates—just because it’s a Marriott—the experience was deeply disappointing. I thought Marriott would have a better handle on cleanliness, especially with the premium dollars charged for the room?

Liked: Staff was very helpful and courteous. Great location, great price, clean, etc .
Disliked: When the heat first turned it made a horrible noise for about 5 minutes, but finally stopped, and then was quiet. Also, the bed was a little soft.

Good stay overall

Liked: The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was a decent size. Bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good, but the layout of the food could be better.
Disliked: The walls were very thin. I heard the entire conversation of the people in the next room. The water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong. TV channel selection wasn't great.

Disliked: They did not makeup my room on the first night. When I complain I was told someone would change the towels and take away the garbage. They gave my wife the towels and garbage bags!@@@
