Out in the cold

Disliked: I never stayed there they had no reservation for me even got on the phone with corporate and my information wasn’t in the system anywhere. Had to find another hotel because they had no availability. I to call my bank to dispute the charges and let them speak with the hotel staff to let them know that they didn’t have my information and I didn’t stay there.
