Nothing it was misleading in...

Liked: Nothing it was misleading in the advertisement on Booking.com was misleading and said they had a hot tub and said that they had a workout room and I’ve never had any of these

HORRIBLE I cried

Liked: It was horrible they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to pay twice please provide a refund. The shower was full of hair

Very comfortable stay in a...

Liked: Front desk informed us that the elevator was out of order and allowed us to change our room to the first floor for convenience. The staff person was incredibly helpful and friendly. I will certainly book more with Fairfield Hotels.
Disliked: The one thing that could have been better was signage when arriving at the hotel. It was not readily visualized. Also the shampoo and body soaps were not in sealed individual containers. I choose not to use the communal soap pumps as they can be tampered with.
