Liked: Always know what you are going to get at a Fairfield.
Disliked: Nothing really

Disappointing

Disliked: Staff overbooked the hotel and approached us outside the hotel to tell us that the rest of our stay we had to stay in a different hotel. We were told by staff that we would stay there the whole time, so we unpacked. Next day we find out we have to leave late so they gave us an extra hour to leave. The original hotel then says that there are no rooms available, and that me and my fiancée will have to wait with all of our luggage. Luckily I stood up for myself, because eventually we got an early room. The staff who handled me was extremely slow and rude. There was another customer who came in after me and got an early room before me because he spoke to the manager instead of the awful one I spoke to. The room was two queens when we ordered a king and a sofa bed.

Disliked: All of the 3 front desk clerks were very inattentive. The elevator was out of service and after speaking with another person staying there found out that it has been out for almost a month.
