The worst experience
Liked: When we checked in the staff didn't tell us about WiFi or where the pool even was nothing about the facility had to offer. She handed us our keys and told us what room and pool closed at 11. Didn't even tell us how to find our room, we had to just go walking around to find the gym and the pool. Then we get checked out and an hour after I'm get a bill for $250 more than what was said. I called and they charged me for smoking! When I booked the room it asked if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking so why did it even ask if I was going to get charged! I picked up any evidence of smoking no ashes no cigs I made sure it was clean. I'm not paying for something I thought I was getting.

Will not stay again
Liked: It was clean and nice
Disliked: Our heat kept going out. Maintenance came and fixed it once but then it went out again and was blowing out cold air. We was given the option to change rooms on the last night we stayed but had to much stuff to move. Maintence stated he was gonna mention to give us a discount to help with the issues we had but I just received the invoice and we were charged for every night we stayed

Liked: The hotel was just ok. The staff were all friendly.
Disliked: They definitely just do the bare minimum when it comes to cleaning. They are doing construction on the main road next to the hotel & it was very loud when we first arrived. Not necessarily a hotel issue but something to consider when booking.

Had to waste a lot...
Liked: Booked by phone during snowstorm and was verbally verified and redo card taken by phone. When arrived at Fairfield Inn was informed that they had overbooked and no room available and they could not issue credit for the charges because it was booked through an Agent on the phone
Disliked: OVERBOOK THE HOTEL AND NOT ISSUE IMMEDIATE REFUND AFTER CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED !!!!

Liked: We lost power to our house..were able to get a room at Fairfield...
Disliked: The mattress doesn't fit the bed I kept hitting my shins on the steel frame ...the 2 chairs were uncomfortable and one didn't adjust its height....when you're tall and it feels like you're sitting on the floor...it's uncomfortable...the coffee unit works but I had to clean it first....the desk was directly under the tv if you're watching tv and someone is working at the desk , wife , it dosen't work well .....to me the furniture was outdated...
