My stay at the hotel was great. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The only part I did not like was when I went to my vehicle the next morning to notice it was broken into and they took over $100 worth of stuff, including my money. The hotel should have better security or have a surveillance camera in the parking lot. I would not stay at this hotel again because of the break in, not the hotel itself.

We stayed in a room that was supposed to be $139.99 - we were charged $179.00. I have stayed in $65.00 a night hotels that were better.

Liked: None.
Disliked: Low ceiling; no hair dryer. Dirty; sheets on bed were not pressed.

The whole place was very nice. The staff was really friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. We only stayed one night but would definitely stay there again.

We came in to experience...

Liked: We enjoy the convenience to the bus stop to get to and from NYC and the American Dream Mall. Also, we really appreciated a staff member bringing coffee back out for us, after breakfast had ended. It was very kind and very much appreciated.
Disliked: The TV didn’t work initially and then shuts off after a certain amount of time, even if you’re hitting the “ok” button for it to stay on.
