Liked: The staff was amazingly friendly! They helped in anyway possible!The pool area was nice and clean! The breakfast was fantastic!
Disliked: Couldn’t stay longer!

Disliked: Floors could have been cleaner

Unpleasant

Liked: Our Rooms had a stale odor, mattress on the bed was excessively worn, carpet was unclean, and water was inconsistent with temperature. We stayed 3 days for Thanksgiving holidays- we did not get our rooms service even after requesting. Elevator was not operational. Staff were courtesy and welcoming was the only strength. We will not revisit this location.
Disliked: Outdated and need of repairs
