Great Place But Needs Better...

Liked: The front desk staff were all very professional, courteous, and accommodating. I accidentally locked my key in my room several times, and they were extremely helpful and friendly, even at 2 in the morning!
Disliked: I didn't appreciate the housekeeping staff member just barging into my room without knocking! I was trying to get some rest after working all night. In one hour, she knocked 3 different times. Each time I informed her that I had extended my stay and the room was already paid for. She ignored me and continued to disrupt my sleep, even walking into my room without knocking the 4th time! An extremely rude invasion of privacy that could easily have been avoided had she done her job and checked in with the front desk staff.
