Pleasant

Liked: The ac was great. The breakfast was ok. Coffee was good. Everything smelt clean and looked clean.
Disliked: The bed was horrendous. It was like laying on a marshmallow that was inescapable. My wife is pregnant and almost had to use jaws of life to get her out. I rolled out and was already at floor level. Very low to the ground. The tub felt sticky, had a weird texture.

Disliked: Bathroom shower wall had someone else's hair on it

Exceptional

Liked: Everything was great, especially the breakfast! The best we can remember at a hotel, great variety of hot and cold selections. Location is great for restaurants and shopping.
Disliked: There was a lot of road noise from the Interstate highway till late in the night and the bathtub had a drip that was a bit annoying.

Loved the location and staff...

Liked: I loved that it was right next to the mall and so many shops and restaurants.

Superb
