Liked: Convenient to restaurant, staff was friendly
Disliked: All the construction and dust. Taking place .and also been charged twice on my visa for no reasonThen told i have to wait 7 days for a refund, unacceptable .

Quick weekend back in New...

Liked: Nice renovated room!! Great free breakfast despite lobby renovation project going on. Really nice staff people who really helped speed check in and check out.
Disliked: Renovation work BUT the hotel will be even better yet when the renovation is finished.

Overbooked Understaffed Construction Zone.

Disliked: Under major construction.Distressing that reserved rooms for weary travelers were not ready for check-in at 5:30 in the afternoon.Staff worked diligently to get rooms.Appreciate the effort to accomodate, but did not meet standards. Awoke on futon with back spasm shortly after falling asleep & had to share main bed. Memory foam too thin for slim person to sleep upon.Great breakfast options!

Disliked: Noise. Construction. Banging until 12am couldn’t sleep. Bedsheets were dirty. Noise from workers at night. Heater was soo old made too much noise. Couldn’t sleep. We had to check out earlier than expected.

Disliked: Major construction in lobby, very noisy and dusty.I was not notified about the construction, when complained to manager he said it is on their website, but it’s not there. One elevator in building and the wait is very long to use it.No complementary water upon arrival.Rooms are outdated with a huge old AC on the wall. Staff is unfriendly and don’t seem to care.Breakfast is horrible, the worse i’ve seen and the person in charge didn’t bother to keep the area clean. Location is pretty far from the city and there is major traffic during rush hour.
