Liked: We liked the pool and the way you had breakfast sit up in the morning it was fresh and cleaned thank you ☺️
Disliked: I hated the bed it sank down it felt like i was sleeping upside down I told them after the first night but they never did anything about it so I had to do it for two days

Liked: Staff was warm and friendly, the hotel and room was clean, had everything we needed, and the pool and hot tub was very nice and relaxing.
Disliked: No complaints, will be back

Poor

Disliked: The room was dirty. The bed hadn't been cleaned and there was hair and other filth on the bed. The breakfast was not very good and an employee made me leave the breakfast area while I was trying to get breakfast. I was told I couldn't have my service dog with me and that I had to leave the breakfast area. Which is discrimination because I have a disability.

Liked: Nice, clean hotel. Fresh clean beds. Great amenities and value.
Disliked: Lighting is always terrible in rooms. Hard to get an opportunity to use the hot tub as kids were all over the entire pool area, screaming and jumping from hot tub to pool. Should have an adults only hot tub time and extend the hours for adults only.
