I would probably book at this hotel again but I found the staff to be a little rude and unable to deal with the increased demand of guests from the concert. I felt this way in general, however. The whole town itself did not handle the increased population from the concert. Dominos quoted us a 2 hour delay in the delivery of pizza after the concert and parking/traffic in downtown Bangor was not handled well.

Liked: The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Check in time was 1pm and we were traveling 6 hrs to get there so we did not arrive until 4pm and our room was still not ready. They said they were backed up because of the concert. When we arrived at our room it was out of toilet paper and it took at least an hour for toilet paper to be delivered to our room.

We really enjoyed our stay...

Liked: Loved the pool and hot tub. The staff was great when we asked for extra towels and a pillow. They got it to us without less than 30 minutes. Breakfast was good and I like that it was included in the cost of the stay.

Liked: This Hotel never disappoints. When we come to Bangor from PEI, we always stay here.
Disliked: The only complaint was the hot tub was um..Needed to be cleaned. Alot of skin floating in it.
