Excellent!

Liked: Staff member greeting was very professional, the breakfast was simple but all we needed!
Disliked: The heating sjystem was noisy as it started and stopped.

Liked: I've stayed at Fairfield Inn Amesbury MA a number of times when seeing my family in the area and always have a lovely stay here. The rooms are clean and modern, the staff is friendly and they have a yummy breakfast buffet in the morning.
Disliked: I liked everything.

Very good

Liked: Breakfast options better than expected
Disliked: Had to wait a while at the reception with no staff present - also they have this system that is supposed to give you SMS notice when the room is ready, that SMS arrived 10 minutes after I checked in. The elevator happened to be broken during my stay

Liked: The hotel was nice and real friendly staff. Rooms were clean. Location was convenient to what we needed to do.
Disliked: The beds for sure. Hard and uncomfortable.
