Would not stay again

Liked: It was a place to sleep at night, there is nothing else I could say positively about the experience
Disliked: Bed were hard (although the front desk staff stated they were premium mattresses and should be soft. The tub didn't drain when taking a shower and we ended up showering with water filling up to our ankles. Staff was not concerned about fixing the issue or compensating for the inconvenience.

Liked: Comfortable beds, complimentary breakfast (waffles!) was pretty good, high pressure shower, free water in the gym.
Disliked: The bathroom hand wash bar soap. Hate those. Also had little drain gnats in the bathroom.

Liked: Breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. On-site laundry was appreciated. Location is perfect for going to visit Carlsbad Caverns.
Disliked: Outdoor pool unavailable and elevator was not working for one of the days we stayed there.
