Unacceptable given the bad experience...
Liked: Based on our previous stay at this property, the facility and room would probably have been acceptable but for the experience we had at check-in.
Disliked: We arrived late as planned with a car full of luggage and hanging clothes and checked in, only to find no luggage carts. The night clerk said some guest(s) had apparently kept them in their rooms and didn’t return them. As seniors,a disabled veteran with a handicapped wife, we were in no condition to carry our belongings to our room without a cart or assistance. The night clerk tried to be helpful but to no avail. We asked the night clerk to call the hotel manager. After waiting for half an hour and seeing that hotel management would offer no further assistance, we gave them back the room keys and went to the nearby Hampton Inn and found fine accommodations for our 3-night stay.

Exceptional
Liked: We love the beds and the pillows. The television is large enough. You can see it. Everything has a nice separation from everything else.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't all that great. The bagel that I had was extremely crumbly, which is not the usual, and the eggs and bacon worth just not very good either..

Liked: Friendliness of staff. Location of property.
Disliked: They couldn't find the reservation that I made through booking.com and had to make a new reservation.
