Excellent stay as we road...

Liked: We were greeted with a big smile when we walked in the door and every staff member said hello as we saw them. The breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Nothing.

Liked: It was a great hotel! Even with the power being out for some time due to a tornado coming through, we still enjoyed our stay!

Bad

Disliked: The power went out during a storm at 5am and the staff was invisible. Power was still out when we left at 9am. Had to dress and pack in the dark, get our luggage down the steps (no elevator)(no emergency lights)(I fell)(no staff assistance from anyone. No one came around to the rooms to check on us. The clerk could offer no help except for us to contact the management who were nowhere to be found.

Probably won’t use Booking.com next...

Liked: The breakfast was the usual as expected.
Disliked: We had a family emergency and had to cut our trip short. We contacted Booking.com which said our second day could be refunded if the hotel agreed. We met hotel staff at the front desk explaining the situation. She said agreed to refund our second day. However, the hotel did not. Very disappointing especially at $177.

I would definitely stay at...

Liked: Everything was very clean. Beds super comfortable!
Disliked: We were there overnight Friday, so Saturday's breakfast didn't start until 7:30, and we had to be on the road by 7, so we didn't get to have the breakfast. :/

Disliked: The train blowing the horn 4 times in the night and the garbage trucks at 4 am.

Liked: We stayed for our anniversary weekend. Everything was great from the staff, room,and breakfast! It was a short walk to a Mexican restaurant which was nice because we didn’t need to drive.
