Disliked: Our room smelled horrible & the air conditioner sounded like something was inside of it trying to escape it was so incredibly loud

Good time to visit son...

Liked: Breakfast was good. Wi-Fi good.
Disliked: Our first room the air conditioner didn’t work so we were moved to another room. Child cried a long time next door in the evening. Parent was yelling and cursing at the child.

Liked: Everything there was perfect. From the room, food and especially the staff.
Disliked: There wasn't anything to dislike about my stay.

Disliked: Brighter lights in the bathroom would be nice and for 2 people you left us 1 wash cloth maybe let housekeeping know how many are in the room and you need cloths for makeup removal but no big deal

Liked: Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is just okay, but better than other continental breakfasts I've had. Any time we asked for something, it was attended to right away. The pool was great, even though we only spent about 20 minutes in it.
Disliked: There was a guest on our floor that had a dog. The guest didn't clean up after the dog very well and the hallway stunk. We didn't notify anyone, because it wasn't a huge deal, and figured housekeeping would notice. Our fault for not bringing it up to be cleaned.
