Not trying to be difficult...

Liked: I stayed at this location previously hence the reason I booked it again as I was familiar with the area. Last time it was a very pleasant experience but unfortunately this visit left very unpleasant memories.
Disliked: Room had a smell to it and sheets didn’t felt “clean” like last time. Desk had lots of dust and there was only 2 bath towels and single small towel available. What made really unpleasant was the rude and very unpleasant employee at the checkout. I was told that I have unpaid balance despite paying online and was very confrontational when we asked for receipt. Totally different experience from the last stay.
