Very accommodating and enjoyable experience...
Liked: Very clean and great location to met up with friends
Disliked: Everything was fine, but would like more options for breakfast, like intercontinental, I.e English breakfast with baked beans, bacon and sausages.

Hotel facility was great; staff...
Liked: Lobby and Room were crisp and clean; you could tell it was well maintained; Temp in Room was perfect and bed was amazing. Got a great nights sleep.
Disliked: Person managing front desk at check in was pleasant but did not speak English, he did not appear comfortable as the front facing employee. I was charged wrong amount at check in. When I attempted to rectify at check out I found I'd been charged a 2nd time, an amount that did not match the detailed receipt I was given. The woman on the front desk was unable to assist me as told me I'd have to call later to speak to the manager. Additionally; I had booked a 2nd room for my Mom in her name and they were unable to locate the reservation; they blamed Booking.com for 'not sending it over'

Funky Smell
Liked: Close to family
Disliked: Smelled like mildew. We were celebrating our anniversary and were in town for a celebration of life. Booked a king room. When we arrived the guy checking us in said the room was “out of order” I asked to see if a sister property in the area had a room and he said “I got you” and all of a sudden he had a king room. Got in the room and it smelled a little weird like my husband wanted to go buy air freshener. We changed and left for our anniversary dinner. Came back and walking in the hotel was the same weird smell. When we got back to the room same weird smell but we were exhausted from the drive into town and night out we just went to sleep. I got up in the middle of the night to go to the restroom. Put my slippers on and fell once I got into the restroom. Come to find out the entire side of the carpet next to the ac unit was wet from water leaking out of the unit. That’s when we realized why it was deemed “out of order” & what the smell was as the water was causing a mildewing odor. I would have rather went to a sister property or had an explanation on why it was out of order and I would have understood and just modify my rate to the 2 queen price, but don’t lie to me. I left to go get breakfast this morning and walked by the desk 2x where the guy behind the desk has air pod in and was mid conversation. Which as a person who works in the customer service industry find that to be a sign of “I’m unapproachable/do not disturb” at that point we had to go to our grandmother’s celebration of life.

Great stay will definitely return
Liked: Front desk/ check in staff were very friendly, my son utilized the fitness room and my grandson, nieces and nephew utilized the pool. Breakfast has improved and was great since I last stayed here - hot oatmeal with all the fixings and waffles were new additions
Disliked: No complaints at all
