Left in the dark

Liked: I like the location and the set room set up.
Disliked: I wasn't told that the pool was out of service and also the elevator. I m as mainly rented the room so my ten year old could go swimming.

Good enough.

Liked: Staff was friendly when you could find someone.
Disliked: Couldn’t always find a staff member. Pool was out of service. Fitness room everything stopped working in the middle of my work out. They did not have flavored creamer out for everyone at the coffee station.

Liked: Last minute stay and they even accommodated us for an extra night due to weather! Great staff, clean and spacious rooms! Location was perfect!

Disappointing

Liked: Booked here only because of the pool and we couldn’t even use the pool
Disliked: Staff, beds are pillows are super uncomfortable, not any lighting in the room .
