Disliked: The maintenence staff were ok. They can step up the work. Some were good, other days they didnt even make the beds.

Liked: Location is excellent, very near to clifton Hill (which has lot of activities) and all the good restaurants are near by. Breakfast served was good .
Disliked: Parking is extra, which looking at property rates, should be included for the guests.

Disliked: We came for the romantic getaway, and we got an accessible room. At first the staff refused to change for a normal king room that I booked saying that no other rooms are available. But when I insisted, the room was found within 5 minutes. Staff at the receptions was not polite. Breakfast was very basic, no fruit or vegetables or eggs. The poll is very small and dirty.
