Liked: The people who works during the breakfast. All the women there are amazing workers. Really kind and make your day happy
Disliked: I claimed in the reception 3 times about my shower. When I try to use the hot water there was a strange noise so aloud. It was crazy. Everyday with headache. No one did anything

Disliked: The queue for breakfast is annoying, there is very little choice for breakfast, the price-quality ratio is not appropriate.

Really lovely staff and so...

Liked: Clean, staff were very courteous and helpful. Particularly one man in the evenings, don’t know his name but he called an Italian restaurant for us quite late in the evening after 10pm when we wanted somewhere nice to eat after a whole day Black Friday shopping. He went over and above and called them, made a reservation at mamma Mia’s for us around the corner and we had the most delicious Italian meal. He also recommended beer authority for a few drinks just up the road which was also a great experience. We are sorry we didn’t say goodbye and thankyou to you because you weren’t working when we left on Saturday afternoon.
