Liked: Good hotel. Rooms big and comfortable. Staff kind and friendly. Breakfast was good, not excellent, but good enough.
Disliked: Location. The hotel is not so close to the main attractions.Room service was not good at all. One night my husband was not feeling well. Next morning he asked for the bedsheets to be changed for clean ones. They didn't do it. They didn't make the bed at all during the time we stayed, and they never came to clean the room or bathroom either. Internet was not working.

Liked: The room is cozy and clean. With everything you need for a comfortable stay.
Disliked: The breakfast was good, but there was not enough variety, it was the same every day.

Liked: The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: The internet was down the whole time, no offer for compensation was offered.The front entry automatic door was broken, making the vestibule and the dining area extremely cold.The room did not have a tub, which I relate to the complexity of using a booking application that was difficult to navigate, although I was under the impression that a tub washroom was what I had booked.There was nowhere to place my outdoor shoes, and had to use a bath towel to place them upon.There was no dresser to place my personal articles, and was using just my suitcase.
