Liked: The staff was amazing and so was the breakfast. The atmosphere was cozy.
Disliked: All the body hair left on the glass and walls of the shower. Disappointed I had to book a different hotel for this weekend.

Liked: Our last hotel gave our room away even with a reservation. I looked up this hotel and it was a 100% better then our original reservation. I will book here again.

Liked: Being close to freeway. Shopping was great. Was super happy Starbucks was walking distance.Coffee in lobby was so bitter.
Disliked: Smears on mirror and sink. Shower glass was all smeared.

Liked: Location next to Starbucks. Not far to drive to do things.
Disliked: The bathroom had streaks on the shower. Same on the facet.Long mirror in entrance way was unbelievably full of streaks.

Liked: Staff was super helpful. The hostess at the breakfast area was helpful and got us situated to take a few snacks as I don’t eat that early and wanted to take a plate. She helped me and I am very grateful.
Disliked: There was an extra $5 charge on my departure. The staff was friendly but said the online booking platform had not charged enough tax? I didn’t get a print out of my bill which due to the extra charge o wold have liked.
