Liked: Availability to places we wanted to go to
Disliked: Difficulty getting the correct items we phoned down to the desk, ie 2 towels, 2 face clothes and receiving bath mat and 2 hand towels. Minor issue just required a second call. Breakfast area very crowded on weekend, but well maintained by staff, also great choses of items

Liked: Destiny from front desk was fantastic. She came right away when we asked for towels. Breakfast room was nice. Pool was nice except jets on hot tub were not working
Disliked: Were told when we checked in room would be cleaned every 2nd night no problem. Assumed would be cleaned 2nd we left at noon called hotel as there was line at front desk. Called hotel and told to please clean room we were gone till 9pm room was not cleaned. Had to call for towels. on 3rd day spoke with cleaning staff who were next door to please clean room said would be done. We were gone all day when returned at 5pm room still not cleaned. It finally got done when we returned from dinner. I left my flat iron in bathroom when I called next day said did not have. I hope cleaning staff are enjoying.
