Best leisure hotel around town

Liked: I like how friendly and helpful the staff were and how clean everything was around in and outside the facility.
Disliked: the coffee maker did not have the filter portion to make coffee.

Exceptional

Liked: This venue is one of my top hotels to stay in the USA. There's no strong scent of marijuana in the air in nor outside of the venue. Its always clean and tidy. Staff are amazing. Location is the best! Complimentary breakfast every morning and it was good options.
Disliked: I liked everything

Liked: I love the fact that you have breakfast and you have without a doubt the best tasting coffee I have ever drank. I would recommend that for the breakfast meat that you have a little bacon and a little sausage so people have a choice. I can't eat sausage and I only saw bacon there once. I didn't eat there every morning, but I usually got a cup of coffee. The eggs were scrambled perfectly for me. Good Job!
Disliked: The only thing that comes to mind and it is not a big deal is that there is no ice machine on the fifth floor. I had to go to the fourth.

Disappointing.

Liked: The room is clean. The service staff at breakfast were exceptional.
Disliked: Requested at booking and five days prior for the room type. When we arrived later in the week/evening due to tracel requirements, we were offered the handicapped room and another small room in the middle of the hotel. The room definitely did not meet our request/expectations. The servicing of the room is every other day and and even at that it is averageminus/poor at best. The service staff only refresh your room. We were given courtesy points, but that is not the expectation. The evening staff were not that friendly. At the front the front desk.
