Terrible service

Liked: Staff gave away my booked room to platinum member leaving me with a single bed for for people. My son and I had to go book a room at another hotel.

Liked: Everything I could ask for. Clean room, Comfy Bed, Great Water Pressure and larger than expected TV (With connections to Youtube and Netflix which was a HUGE perk for me)
Disliked: I would have liked to have had a better selection of breakfast meats-- thats if I'm being very nitpicky.
