Liked: N/A - we did not have the breakfast, but the coffee was tasty.
Disliked: The room smelled very musty, almost moldy. TV was had SUCH a big lag. The lighting in the bathroom was way too dim for a bathroom. Only one side of the bed had an outlet

This was my first stay...

Liked: “Deep greens and blues are the colors I choose” as James Taylor sang. I chose this hotel because of the colors! Lately, hotels are decorating with garish colors from the 80s. I wasn’t trying to attend Mardi Gras but was looking to relax. The beds were just right- not too firm but not too soft. Everything was sparkling clean. The ambience created by the soothing, pleasant decor combined with the excellent staff was gratifying. Outstanding for their helpfulness and service were: Jasmine, Deidre, Carmen, Kevin, and Bonnie- basically every employee with whom we had interactions. Breakfast was served with a smile. Bonnie is outstanding as she cheerily greeted folks and kept steadily replenishing foods which were good quality and nutritious with many choices. The location was quiet and convenient to everywhere we needed to go in the Richmond area. We definitely plan on staying here again.
Disliked: Not a thing. Everything was great.
