Disliked: We arrived early, about 1p.m. and the person at the desksaid it was impossible because they were short on house keepers. They were rushing to get all the rooms cleaned. Total red flag for cleanliness.

Our favourite hotel in Maine.

Liked: The breakfast is always so yummy with a good variety of foods. The sausages were not cooked quite enough for our party's liking. Having access to coffees, tea and water around the clock is an added bonus.
Disliked: 4 towels, face cloths and hand towels should be provided at all times. We had 4 people in our party and we did not have enough towels nor face cloths for each person.

Exceptional

Near airport, reasonable value for...

Liked: Location was fine and there was plenty of parking. The room was clean. The staff were very friendly and cheerful.
Disliked: The hotel lobby - especially the elevator area - felt more like a motel than a good hotel. Everything else was fine.

Not great. Bad odor

Liked: Location was convenient and check in was fast.
Disliked: The room had a bad odor, did not smell clean , it was way over priced for what it was and at the end of our stay we were picking up our stuff and found a sock that was not ours which means that the bedroom probably wasn’t cleaned. We were hoping that the sheets were actually changed after that. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. Got to breakfast at 730am and the food was already cold. The alarm was also set already for wake up time of 5am from previous people so that started to go off unexpectedly.

Gets the job done on...

Liked: Had all the basics of a basic hotel. Comfy bed, good a/c and heat, clean. Access to mini gym.
Disliked: Breakfast was comprehensive but a lot of processed, sugary foods. Suggestion to include fresh eggs (vs the processed ones), some fresh berries, and whole grain toast or cereals.

Pleasant, clean, modern, but no...

Liked: Clean, very modern and nice.
Disliked: I filtered for airport shuttle. Luckily I asked before turning in the rental car or we would have had to take ride share or a cab! There was no shuttle. Airport was 7 minutes away. Also, the mattresses were too soft.

Disliked: 1. Noise, both outside and in hallway. 2. Entry door sensors broken. 3. Lack of supplies at front desk - for example, no bottle opener either in room or to use at front desk. 4. Noisy and poorly functioning ventilation system in room.
