Liked: Various sports teams staying causing terrible conditions here …pull fire alarms fire dept is here They are damaging the elevators just horrible complaining to management !!! General manager Jen Maynard not here. Spoke with hotel staff so disappointing and unacceptable

Great location, need improvement in...

Liked: It’s a very clean property, and great location because it is close to everything.
Disliked: Not enough variety in breakfast buffet. No hot chocolate, especially important because it was very cold the days here. The bar was closed by 9 and we really needed plain sparkling water, which was not sold at the location and like previously mentioned, the bar was closed.

Liked: Location, cleanliness and updated
Disliked: Toilet was loose and mattress to hard. Also family member left clothes with wallet in them by the hot tub and maintenance through them in garbage instead of taking them to front desk

Very good

Liked: The view was spectacular, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was exceptional.
Disliked: There was too much road construction, and there was no indoor restaurant. It was too cold to be seated outside to eat. The continental breakfast was horrible throughout the week. Cold bagels, unripe fruits, turkey sausage, instant oatmeal, boiled, and scrambled eggs. The weekend breakfast looked decent, but it was a large group there, and they were fanning through all the food, which was a sanitary issue for me. But overall, it was good.
