It was fairly easy to find; river view from room was nice; wasn't too far from BB&T.

Liked: The river view; bed was comfortable; it was fairly clean.
Disliked: Needs remodeled; had a smell; needs more parking.

Service was fantastic. Rooms were amazing. Excellent hotel all the way around!

Disliked: Construction outside the hotel starting at 7 A.M!

Liked: Again... location location location! Perfect location and price. The suite we had was extremely roomy. Breakfast was good and plentiful. The staff was always friendly and willing to help with anything.
Disliked: Needs more mirrors on the walls or on the dresser.

Liked: Great room; clean.

Pleasantly quiet night over looking...

Liked: The security only people with room keys can use the elevators. Cleanliness of the room spacious with comfortable beds and seating area.
Disliked: Design of the parking lot.

Liked: The desk people were very polite, the location was excellent room was clean although the toilet seat was broke.the lobby was clean and neat.
Disliked: 1st morning, the maid threw away my unbeaten cookies when she cleaned the room that I thought she wasn't coming in that morning. 2nd morning being Saturday, I went down to breakfast to find a sign saying out of coffee. I thought nothing went back to my room, but I returned 1 hour later to the same, note no coffee..
