Good

Comfortable hotel with friendly staff...

Liked: The hotel overall was very nice. The rooms were comfortable, and the staff was friendly at both check-in and breakfast. We requested a travel crib and it was already set up when we checked in. And the breakfast was very good!
Disliked: While we were getting ready for bed, we got a call from the front desk telling us that the people in the room below us had apparently complained that our small children were running around and disturbing their sleep. The kids were not being particularly loud, though, so maybe the walls/floors are not as soundproof as they could be.

Great time in Louisville!

Liked: We made a quick stop in Louisville due to fatigue after traveling. This hotel was great! Very clean and economical, great breakfast, nice property. I would love to stay here again.
Disliked: There was a discrepancy with Booking.com that was eventually straightened out. It took longer than it should have but was rectified. Not on the fault of the property, it was not their mistake.

I will not stay there...

It's great but a little...

Liked: The pool was amazing and it was salt water. The breakfest was good, location was great. The hotel was very clean. The space of the walk in shower was great.
Disliked: The beds were too hard and don't provide a lot of relief.
