Liked: The room we got with a pull out couch was accommodating for everyone in our family. The breakfast was really good!

Absolutely awful.

Liked: Location.
Disliked: Website didn’t say anything about pool maintenance, which is one of the main reasons we chose this location. Front desk staff upon check in was rude, seemed like requesting extra pillows later on was an inconvenience to them, employee on night shift told me my request when I booked to check out late was okay, a lady the day of check out informed me at 11 that I needed to “get out” and that night shift has been told not to do that. I’m not sure how night shift doing that was my fault, she then informed me she’d “give me 10 mins” to eat my breakfast and get out. Absolutely the worst staff I have ever dealt with and my family and I have stayed at alot of different hotels.

Don't waste your money or...

Liked: The shower. An the location!
Disliked: The beds were horrible!! The breakfast food was disgusting. Undone food. The night shift made the kids get out the pool for no reason at all. The other night, staff seemed like child predators asking minors inappropriate questions. I would never book with them again. Save your troubles if you have young children they are rude to them and took the joy out of the stay.
