Nice hotel, but Pool Closed

Liked: The room was clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: The pool was closed for cleaning. It has just been treated the morning of our arrival. Thus, the kids couldn't swim. Luckily, there were plenty of other things for them to do in the area, such as shopping & restaurants downtown.

Great hotel, facilities, and morning...

Liked: The wonderful ladies working the next morning (5:00 AM) were absolutely awesome, helpful, and made sure we got to the airport on time. The property and facilities are also top notch.
Disliked: I very rarely leave review, but in this case I am because of the guy whom checked us in the night of our stay at roughly (8:00 PM). He lead us to believe the airport shuttle MAY not be available the next morning before 7:00 AM, rather than telling us it would be available. Adding extra stress to customers in this way, almost felt like he intentionally did this in order to give him some entertainment by messing with us.
