It was a great trip

Terrible. We felt unsafe and...

Liked: The hotel and rooms were nice and seemed clean.
Disliked: The location was not good. There were people in and around the hotel who made us question our safety so we canceled and went elsewhere.

Disliked: Check in staff tried to scam us saying we hadn't paid,that our card declined, when we had a receipt and credit card statement as proof of payment.

Very clean and modern, but...

Liked: comfort bed, very clean,
Disliked: low quality cafe, breakfast - no fresh vegetables (tomato, cucumber, paprica), room - noisy throw window, swiming pool did not work
