Being double charged pretty much...

Liked: . The Fairfield was within walking distance of my work, and close to area restaurants and services. They do have a nice breakfast buffet.
Disliked: The biggest difficulty was that this facility no longer offered shuttle service from the airport, which was featured in booking.com through the reservation windows. Even though I prepaid for my stay, at check in the staff ran my card and double charged me. It took over a week to get my funds back. It was so much trouble, Bonvoy Mariott offered to give me an $80 credit, which I have yet to see.

Great, ideal for exploring Hendon...

Liked: Great location, room comfy, nice hot shower. Breakfast is fine for a quick bite to eat. Nice having a supermarket next door and many restaurant options with in walking distance (Yep Europeans walk :-)
Disliked: Only thing is to have a laundry room where you can wash and dry clothes for an extended stay.

The facility was very clean...

Liked: Breakfast was standard for fast, casual food. There was hot/cold options - a mix of meat and dairy protein with limited fruit. However, ; no options for people with alternative food needs : allergen free, gluten free, low/no sugar which we needed - didn’t eat there.
