Terrible decision.

Disliked: The staff was not helpful at all when I called the front desk 3 times. I called because the tv in the room was not working. They never came to check on it nor tried to move me in different rooms. They assumed I broke it or messed with something. I spoke to 3 different people. And when I left the same night I got there, there was no refund.

Liked: The staff were very polite. The room location was close to the lift and the ice machine.. The room was lovely and clean and spacious. The bed was comfy, and we had all that we required.
Disliked: The breakfast was nice but the choice was quite limited. Also, we had 2 TVs in our room, but they showed the same thing on both each time you changed the channel. Would have been good if they showed separate programmes fr.the beginning.
