Liked: Breakfast location was well defined and easy to see. Breakfast items were delicious and an assortment of choices. Sausage in a biscuit was a different option to biscuits and gravy. It was nice to have a staff person in the area to answer any questions.

Clean and quiet

Liked: Nice hotel, clean room. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Didn't realize how far it was to the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center. $38 to get to the concert from the hotel and $80 to get back.

Over priced and to many...

Liked: A place to sleep.
Disliked: - rate wasn’t the same as I was told - breakfast was terrible - tub didn’t hold water - beds weren’t comfortable nor queen beds - no water in the rooms (all hotels give a few water bottles) - local phone call charges …

Liked: The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast and time there.
Disliked: The outside appearance could have be improved. Grass cur but there were dead scrubs outside -needs attention. Plants dead.
