Liked: I like nothing!!!!!!! Was not operational. Premently closed!
Disliked: No one at Colony Inn inside or outside. Scaffolding in front, no cars, no one to answer the phones. We did not get any notifications that Colony Inn was closed. We better not get charged. So very, very disappointed at what happened here. Usually we have no problems.

Bad

Liked: We had booked a room here a long time ago so we would have somewhere to stay after a concert. We drove there and found out it was no longer a Best Western and so surprised and disappointed the place lo p ked demolished. Major construction, talked to a construction worker who said it has been like that 2 months and we were the 3rd party who had come up and asked about their supposedly reserved room. No one answered the phone for colony Inn. No colony Inn people there, just construction workers with heavy equipment, windows stacked outside, busted up concrete. a total mess. no texts from colony or booking about this.
Disliked: nothing to like, the place was deserted except for construction workers, looked like a war zone.

REALLY ROTTEN

Liked: I DO NOT KNOW AS THE PLACE DOES NOT EXIST. IT WAS TORN DOWN OVER A YEAR AGO AND A NEW BUILDING IS THERE UNDER CONSTRUCTION.
Disliked: I DID NOT LIKE HAVING TO SCRAMBLE FOR A PLACE TO STAY WHEN THE PLACE I BOOKED THROUGH BOOKINGS.COM DID NOT EXIST. I REALLY WAS UPSET BY THE FACT THAT THE COLONY INN HAD BEEN TORN DOWN FOR OVER A YEAR AND YET IT SHOWED UP ON YOUR SELECTION OF PLACES TO STAY. EVEN NOW, I AM GETTING THIS FORM TO FILL OUT WHEN I CALLED YOUR COMPANY AND ADVISED THEM OF THIS TOTAL SCREW UP. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE YOU TO REMOVE A BOGUS PROPERTY FROM YOUR WEB SITE. OTHERS MUST HAVE TOLD YOU THE SAME THING. i AM NOT HAPPY AND JUST HOPE I GET MY MONEY BACK AND MAYBE SOMETHING ELSE TO COMPENSATE ME FOR YOUR VERY BIG MISTAKE.

Garbage

Disliked: I didnt like that it was closed for renovations and I was never notified, so I had to scramble to find a new room after driving for six hours. I still havent received a refund.

HOTEL DID NOT EXIST AND...

Liked: There was no hotel. It was under reconstruction, but they still took my reservation, and I couldn't get another room at another hotel. I had to sleep on a friend's couch
Disliked: There was legit no hotel or rooms. It was under reconstruction, and it was all deserted.
