No Free Breakfast

Disliked: Lack of food during breakfast. From 6:30 - 7:30 the food wasn't ready. Had to request coffee.

Disliked: My account was fraudulently charged after our stay but there was no reservation in my name. I called the hotel as soon as I noticed the charge and the receptionist failed to offer any help and hung up on me. Whenever I'm in town that is my go to hotel but never again. So disappointed in this.
