Okay, not good.

Liked: Breakfast was okay.
Disliked: Somewhat run down. Bed sheets caused hives from detergent used for washing and inadequate rinsing.

Liked: The staff were great. Although, I gave up one night of my room due to another guests mistake and he was horrible to the staff. They were very thankful and handled it great.
Disliked: It's a little spendy for what you get

Fool me once shame on...

Liked: Convenient to where I was working
Disliked: Not well maintained, pathetic excuse for breakfast, staff did nothing to make anybody feel welcome. Only entrance and exit is through the front door, which was extremely inconvenient and resulted in much more walking than necessary to get to my car.
