Liked: The lady at the front desk was great, the rest of the facilities terrible!
Disliked: The smell, the cleanliness was not there. It was not comfortable at all. The key cards only work for one use. The elevator seemed like it was going to break at any moment.

It was okay value for...
Liked: Location was good. Desk said there was a variety. 3 days they had the same breakfast...biscuits and gravy or waffle and then the same choices of bakery. No eggs, bacon or sausage.
Disliked: Lack of variety on the breakfast menu.

The good breakfast saved it.
Liked: Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Keys didn’t work in the door frequently. Had to get them rekeyed a number of times. Not sure if it was the key or the door lock. Room was over a busy main road for the city and noisy from traffic. Pillows were uncomfortable, either too overstuffed and hard or barely enough stuffing.

Disappointing
Liked: The desk hostess was very polite and welcoming.
Disliked: Overall, the building was in very rough shape. The halls were dirty. The elevator was broken so we used the stairs, which were outside the building, to our third floor room. This left all of the hotel open for anyone to enter. Not a safe and secure building.Our bedding was clean but worn. The pillows were overly think with little give so neither of us slept well. We won’t choose to stay here in the future.
