Liked: I liked the complimentary breakfast
Disliked: Reception lady was telling me I didn't have my name on my credit card when it was clearly printed on the front. Also, the pool was very cold and it looked like someone had vomited on the deck. We also found a used eyelash strip in our room.

Disappointing

Liked: Not much choice in continental breakfast. The beds were hard as cement. The TV was very poor quality. And the heater in the room did not work properly.

Liked: We didnt get the breakfast! We were not informed that it ended at 9 am!! We got down there at 915 and I don't even think they had it because it was all dark in there like it had been the whole time we were there. I even asked at check in to make sure they had breakfast. She said yes and that was it. They did not even have the "family" room lights and TV turned on! It was dark and gloomy in the whole place. Not very welcoming.
Disliked: Along with the list above, the indoor pool was not even opened up! They opened it up for me and my grandsion but the water was freezing!! I am pretty sure they don't open that up either but advertised that they one. Then the snack machine had maybe 2 different snacks then the rest was a toothbrush in a spot, toothpaste in another etc. And no water in the machines at all!!! We had to leave and go to the gas station to get water to drink. Just wanted to take grandson for a night away on his springbreak so he could swim and feel like he did something fun. It was a disaster going there.

Disliked: My family and I went here to stay a night to take our kids to some attractions in the area and overall when we arrived everything was horrible the staff was Indians and they were very rude the place was very very nasty and it was very small the room when we paid for a suite online the room everything about it the whole facility was outdated the TVs would not work properly our kids were trying to hook up their PlayStation 5 to the TV and it would not allow us to do so they were bugs we found and a great big spider when our kids was trying to go lay down so we did not even stay there we checked out and had to leave and go home at 1:00 a.m. in the morning we asked to attendant for a refund and they refused said we had to contact you guys online for the refund they charged us a $50 deposit on my card when we checked out well they put in a refund for that but I have yet to receive it but they said the rest of them out that I paid for which I have a confirmation number for and a PIN number it was almost $150 for absolutely nothing we was not even there an hour and a half I would not even expect my dog to even stay there it's how bad it was much less my kids or ourselves it was so bad I'm expecting a refund been trying to contact customer service with you guys and have yet to get a response.
