A Nightmare

Liked: Staff is very rude especially the gen manager Marsha.I was bitten by bed bugs and she denied our refund we were in the jacuzzi suite room 183 jacuzzi didnt even work. Was moved to second floor 209 the door lock is a fire hazard we got locked in . Very rude and disrespectful no customer service from management very unprofessional.

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: We had 4 rooms for a wedding. It was dirty. It’s quite dated but I wouldn’t have minded that if it was clean. There was a dead roach under the cereal dispenser. We had no toilet paper holder. There was an inch of dust in one of the bedrooms. There was a dead roach in another room. The bed was uncomfortable.
